How To Live or, The Trouble With Women Is…

The sixth and final piece in the Nothing on Earth: Shorts series is called ‘How To Live or, The Trouble With Women Is…’ It premiered on the Active Dacorum YouTube channel on the 22nd January 2021 and is now also available to watch here:

We asked residents of Dacorum Borough Council in Hertfordshire to send us stories about their lives and Anna Reynolds has skilfully woven together their inspiring tales of courage, community, adventure and survival.

How To Live features four of the actors from the Nothing on Earth: Shorts series: Suzanne Ahmet, Nia Davies, Chanel Glasgow and Géhane Strehler and we are very excited to be joined by Shalini Peiris.

Shalini’s theatre credits include: The Duches of Malfi (Almeida Theatre); Hobson’s Choice (Manchester Royal Exchange); Lions and Tigers (Shakespeare’s Globe); The House of In Between (Theatre Royal Stratford East); Machbeth (Tara Arts); Little Stitches (Theatre 503/Arcola); Drawing The Line (Hampstead Theatre); Kabaddi Kabaddi Kabaddi (Pursued by a Bear/Arcola Theatre); Snow Queen (Trestle Theatre); The Usual Auntijies (Belgrade Theatre); Lotus Beauty / Zindabad (Tamasha/The Gate). Film & TV credits include: Twelfth Night (Shanty Productions); Justice League (Warner Bros); Danny & Mick (CBBC); Vera (ITV); Doctors (BBC); The Athena (Sky).
